Cutting with CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) is a modern laser cutting method, replacing the traditional mechanical cutting. It involves the full automation of the cutting process, which allows you to easily control the production and intergrate it with other systems.
CNC Cutting – precision and repeatability
The application of CNC technology allows you to not only get unique precision, but also receiving elements with arbitrary shapes and sizes. What is more, it facilitates accurate and multiple reproduction of individual elements. This method is above all fast and efficient, and ensures a highly satisfactory quality. The edges of the received pattern is smooth and no longer require additional finishing.
Laser cutting – a service for demanding
Laser cutting technology is ideal for various types of construction materials. What is more, sometimes it turns out to be the only possible tool that allows you to obtain interesting for us effects.
In cooperation we offer laser cutting up to 25 mm on the table 2000 x 6000.
Our company provides services of cutting sheet metal with guillotine HACO CNC – cut thickness from 0.5 to 12 millimeters. We also have plasma cutting machine KT7 with table 1500 x 3000 mm. Black steel we cut to 30 mm. We are able to make precise cutting or punching each sheet metal (black steel, stainless steel and aluminum). We work both on our own materials, as well as on the materials entrusted to us.
