Bending and cutting CNC sheet metal

Bending and cutting aluminium sheets is a key part of our business. This service is a permanent change in curvature of the object. In the case of bending sheet metal, we can talk about the bending (and also the collapsing), but also about straightening. Bending is usually done on edge presses, on press with dies and rollers. We have been bending a wide variety of materials including black sheet metal, aluminum and stainless steel.

Bending aluminium – digital precision and modern machine park

Our machine park has ten such machines. The smallest has a press row 50 tons over a length of 1250 mm. The largest is 1250 tonnes over a length of 8 meters. The machine is controlled in the eleven axes CNC and it is one of the largest in Poland. Jump of this machine is 750 millimetres, while the departure of the bumper is 2500 mm.

On presses we carry the standard bending tools radial and bending by step method. In the gallery realization the different forms and ways of bending are implemented.
